About the Sign Up Process
I’ve signed up. What’s next?
Your practice administrator (which you designated when you signed up) will receive an email from our customer support team with your user ID and password, along with training materials to help you get started using the system. Please allow 1-2 business days for your account to be set up.
I’m not ready to sign up yet. Is there someone I could talk to about the product?
Yes, contact AAAAIRegistry@arbormetrix.com and a sales representative will reach out to you.
Do you accept payment forms other than Credit Card?
To streamline our signups, we accept Credit and Debit cards as forms of payment. Contact us if you wish to discuss using another payment method.
I’m signing up mid-year. How will the renewal work?
All subscriptions will renew on January 1 of the following year. For example – If you sign up on June 1, 2018, you will have access to the QCDR functionality within a few business days of your signup and will be included in the CMS MIPS submission for 2018 (which is done in March 2019). On January 1, 2019, your account will auto-renew and you will be subscribed for the 2019 reporting year.
About the AAAAI QCDR
What is the AAAAI Registry and QCDR?
AAAAI’s new-and-improved registry is a comprehensive and multi-purpose solution that allows you to engage with your outcomes data and specialty-specific performance measures in a way you haven’t before. AAAAI’s vision is for the registry to bring together four important objectives – quality improvement, clinical research, patient-reported outcomes, and regulatory reporting – all onto one platform powered by ArborMetrix, AAAAI’s technology and analytics partner.
How will the AAAAI Registry help me with CMS requirements for MACRA and MIPS?
By participating in the AAAAI Registry and QCDR, you can fulfill the requirements of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS), including mandates for Quality, Improvement Activities, and Advancing Care Information. To learn more about CMS requirements for the Quality Payment Program (QPP) and Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS), view the CMS MIPS overview at qpp.cms.gov/mips/overview.
Do I have to participate in MIPS?
To determine your eligibility for MIPS, check your MIPS participation status on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Quality Payment Program (QPP) website at qpp.cms.gov/participation-lookup.
What reports and features does the registry provide?
The AAAAI registry is powered on the ArborMetrix platform. ArborMetrix’s suite of features and reports make it easy for you to see how you are performing, identify and implement best practices, improve care, and optimize CMS quality reporting. The platform especially delivers:
- Interactive, real-time analytics and reports on an intuitive, web-based, HIPAA-compliant interface
- Clinical relevance with specialty-specific measures defined for interventional pain management
- Clinical depth through the ability to drill down to see patient-level details

Is the data my practice provides secure and/or anonymous?
Yes, the AAAAI Registry and QCDR is compliant with the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act.
How do I provide data to the registry?
